This 3 bedroom (each with queen size bed) is new and
imaculately finished to very high standards (custom
cabinetry and all hardwood floors). It has solar
electricity for lights, fridge and stereo(also tv with dvd
player): propane for cook stove, bbq and hot showers. This
is on a deep well so water is excellent, safe and lots of
it. Bathroom has shower, sink and toilet. There is also a
studio available for an extra 200 per week. Backup
generator if power gets low.
This cottage is mid
island where the beaches are all yours, yet still close to
everything. Henderson beach (5 minute walk away) is a
great sandy beach to take advantage of afternoon sun
and wickedly beautiful sunsets over desolation sound. Also
a great beach to gather all kinds of mussels, clams and
oysters.
50% deposit within
one week of booking and remaining 50% two weeks prior to
rental date. No pets. Max of 6 people in cottage and 2 in
studio. Renters will be responsible for damage to the
cottage.
$750/week off season
